Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how 2ClickFit Inc. ("2ClickFit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when shoppers, stores, and website visitors use our services.
Our services include 2ClickFit virtual try-on and sizing tools, our Shopify app and merchant tools, our websites, and ArrivalMark. ArrivalMark is a product of 2ClickFit Inc., not a separate company.
When you use 2ClickFit on a store's website or make a purchase from that store, the store also handles your information under its own privacy policy. The store is responsible for its storefront and customer relationship. We receive limited information from the store and Shopify to provide and improve our services.
Information we collect
Information shoppers provide
- Fit information: height, weight, and gender selections used to generate a virtual try-on or provide sizing features.
- Feedback: ratings, written comments, and any email address or phone number you voluntarily submit for follow-up or product research.
Usage and device information
We collect information about how our tools are used, including pseudonymous shopper, client, and session identifiers; store and product identifiers; products and sizes viewed or selected; try-on and size-chart activity; cart and checkout events; page context; browser and device type; operating system; language; and screen or viewport dimensions.
Our shopper tools may use browser local storage to remember fit information, preferences, and pseudonymous identifiers on that device. Fit information and usage events may also be sent to our systems so the feature works and so we can measure product performance. Pseudonymous records may be linked with later order events to understand whether shoppers found the experience useful.
Order and fulfillment information
Stores and Shopify may provide order, checkout, refund, and fulfillment information. This can include Shopify order and customer identifiers, email address or phone number, products and variants, sizes, quantities, prices, discounts, currency, country, purchase timing, refund status, fulfillment status, carrier, and shipping or delivery timestamps.
We do not process payment card numbers. ArrivalMark's fulfillment-verification records are designed not to retain a shopper's shipping destination, tracking number, tracking URL, or the raw fulfillment payload.
Information from stores and brands
We collect store account and contact information, Shopify store details, app settings, subscription status, product and theme information, support communications, and product assets such as garment images, measurements, and graphics. If a brand joins a waitlist or requests access, we may collect the details submitted in that form, such as a name, business email, phone number, store name, store URL, and business information.
We also collect usage and diagnostic information from our merchant tools. This may include interaction recordings of merchant-admin sessions that help us understand usability problems and debug the service.
Information we do not collect for these services
We do not receive or store shopper photos. Our applications do not intentionally save an IP address as part of a shopper profile or product-analytics record, although hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically process network information such as an IP address to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide virtual try-on, sizing, merchant, and shipping-verification features;
- remember shopper settings and make the experience work across product pages;
- connect product interactions with cart, order, refund, fulfillment, and delivery outcomes;
- create aggregate or deidentified insights that help stores understand and improve the shopper experience;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our products;
- respond to support requests and voluntary feedback;
- contact someone about product research only when they voluntarily provide contact information for that purpose; and
- comply with law and protect our users, services, and business.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the service requested, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, with consent where requested, or to meet legal obligations.
What stores can see
We may provide a store with aggregate or deidentified analytics about how its shoppers use 2ClickFit and how products perform. We do not provide stores with an individual shopper's raw height, weight, gender profile, or private feedback submitted directly to 2ClickFit.
A store will continue to have access to the customer and order information it independently receives through its own Shopify store. This policy does not limit a store's handling of its own records.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, and we do not use shopper information to send marketing emails.
We share information only as needed with:
- Stores and Shopify: to operate the app, connect events to store activity, and provide aggregate or deidentified performance information as described above.
- Service providers: companies that provide hosting, databases, analytics, error monitoring, communications, and product infrastructure. These providers include Shopify, Google Cloud, Mixpanel, Sentry, Vercel, Fly.io, DreamHost, and Discord. Product garment assets may also be processed through Browzwear tooling. Providers receive information only for the services they perform for us.
- Legal and safety recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transaction recipients: in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Analytics, local storage, and recordings
We use local storage and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember settings, maintain pseudonymous sessions, and understand product use. We also use analytics and error-monitoring services such as Mixpanel and Sentry. These tools help us measure feature performance, investigate errors, and improve the shopper and merchant experience.
We may use interaction replay for merchant-admin pages and limited product sessions to diagnose usability and technical problems. We use these tools for product operation and improvement, not advertising.
You can clear locally stored fit information through available in-app controls or your browser settings. Clearing browser storage may reset your profile and preferences on that device.
How long we keep information
Fit information saved in browser storage remains on that device until it is cleared, overwritten, or removed by the browser. We keep server-side analytics, order, fulfillment, merchant, support, and feedback information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain historical product and store reporting, improve our products, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or business obligations.
The appropriate period depends on the type of information, why we collected it, whether it is connected to an active store or account, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain aggregate or deidentified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International use
2ClickFit is based in the United States. If you use our services from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, appeal our response, or complain to a privacy regulator.
To make a request, email Bradford@2ClickFit.com. We may need information to verify the request. If the request concerns information controlled by a store, we may direct you to that store or work with it to respond. We handle requests as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services are general-audience tools and are not directed to children under 13. We do not ask shoppers to provide their age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child submitted personal information to us, contact Bradford@2ClickFit.com. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a way that requires parental consent, we will review and delete it as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
